If you need to present a document abroad, such as consent for a child to travel or a power of attorney to perform an action, the translator prepares translation of a document already certified by a notary.
There are foloowing steps to obtain such a document:
1. Prepare the document in Polish and have the signature certified by a notary public.
2. Bring the document for translation.
3. Take the translation plus the original document abroad.
If a document in English is signed at a notary public, the notary's formula certifying the signature will require translation.
